Innovation
The De Dietrich Remeha Group produces high-quality heating products and operates at the forefront of new technology. Innovation, durability and high investments in R&D are keys to our manufacturing success. The De Dietrich Remeha Group is involved in the emerging trend towards high-efficiency, environmental friendly products, solar products, heat pumps and the highly anticipated MicroCHP unit.

MicroCHP stands for Micro Combined Heat and Power and is a heating product developed by Remeha in The Netherlands. This new generation of heating appliance incorporates not only the latest condensing boiler technology but also a high-tech Stirling engine which produces electricity for household usage. The Stirling engine is maintenance free and generates enough electricity to run several home electrical appliances, amounting to 1kW.

By linking heat and electricity, one MicroCHP unit can save the average household up to around 25% on annual energy bills and reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 1000 Kg per year. The first MicroCHP units will be introduced to the Dutch market by spring 2010, followed by France, the UK and Germany respectively.
